Here is a case study of implementing grease control measures at a prepared food manufacturing plant. In this facility, a problem with the pressurized flotation device caused viscosity in the aeration tank, leading to a significant amount of scum floating in the sedimentation tank. We proposed the use of our "WT-300P." Within three days of application, the viscosity in the aeration tank decreased, and by the fifth day, the floating scum in the sedimentation tank was almost gone.
